It's like a domino effect, one choice or action may set of a chain of events, but how are people supposed to know that the end result is going to happen. Leave Nathan alone people.

Exactly.  We don’t know how our choices will end up impacting other people unless we’re doing something intentionally and directly.  Nathan most likely wouldn’t have known who was replacing him.  It wasn’t up to him what happened once he was removed.  He still feels bad about the outcome but he isn’t to blame.

It’s just a convenient excuse for people to flip out and hate Nathan when it’s really not that big of a deal.

I'm going to be diving into learning how to make gifs with photoshop soon, and hopefully if I'm successful I'm planning to do a load of SEAL Team gifs, starting with Full Metal. But yeah, that's what I'm worried about, the lighting/colours. But baby steps. And thanks, my icon was made for me, definitely not by me, I wanted a bit of Brock.

Ah that’s cool, have fun making gifs! Can’t wait to see them in the tags :) The coloring and lightning is so bad in the whole show and always difficult to adjust but sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t lol main thing is you have fun making gifs :D the icon is gorgeous!

I've never seen Miss Scarlet & The Duke before, but seeing your gifs from it is really making me want to check it out. I'm currently working my way through Murdoch Mysteries (now on S6), but I will definitely check this out when I get chance. Because I love stuff like that.

What's your dilemma.

my dilemma is that i went through my drafts to pick which series to actually write for void month and i found a void idea i’d forgotten but love and i reeeeally wanna write it but everyone voted siles and im trying to work out how to make it stiles with scott & stiles best friends instead of void & stiles stilinski twins but it’s just so much better as void and urgggg i don’t wanna loose key details but trying to change it is giving me a headache

Absolutely! I think it’ll be a long journey but I expect some positive developments around the end of this season.

I'm so happy Discovery is back, I've not really had anything to watch on a Friday night since S2 ended, so I'm happy to have it back. I'm in the UK so of course I'll have to wait until tomorrow night to watch it on Netflix. Thank you as well for the Michael/Discovery content, I look forward to seeing more as the series goes on. Also, I love the look of this blog, it looks great.

I've not seen any of S8 yet, but from that gifset you posted where Nathan and Elizabeth are talking about Ali and her doing well in maths. The last couple of gifs and the look on Elizabeth's face as she looks at Nathan as he's going to the door, you can tell just from the look on her face that she loves him. That she's in love with him. At least it does to me. Lucas is a nice guy, but Nathan is the right man for her. They're meant to be.

That whole scene was interesting.  She left him a vague, urgent note about something that could’ve been handled another day (and in the daylight).  Instead, he’s there after dark and she’s bringing up really personal things during what should be a conversation about Allie’s schooling.  Like always, they’re talking about one thing but it’s really about something else.  She’s definitely feeling something when he leaves but we won’t see her admit to anything for a while most likely.

I'm currently read a Nathan/Elizabeth fic, and in that it's revealed that Nathan was assigned to Hope Valley, back before it was called Hope Valley, but then his sister died and he had to take care of Allie, so Jack went instead. This happened halfway through the story and before S8 started, so it's not necessarily going to happen in the shoe, but It'd be a spooky coincidence if that were to happen for real in the show.

Yeah, if it does involve Jack, there’s only a few options of things it could be.  In that scenario, I think it’s more likely that Jack took Nathan’s place in the training but it could be that he was supposed to come to Coal Valley in the beginning and couldn’t.  The other options are Nathan recovered Jack’s body or Jack saved Nathan in the training accident... but I’m not sure the timeline matches up with Nathan being punished for his previous actions.  We’ll see.  I have a feeling there’s a lot more to the story that people haven’t been able to predict as easily as they have been in the past. It’s hard to be confident in a lot of theories now with so many curveballs but that makes it more fun.  It feels like a completely different show now.
