Okay, forget object-oriented coding
You’re not allowed to discuss rpg game design like you’re some kind of game design wizard if you don’t know what Dexterity means.
The admittedly-unsurprising realization that the average person doesn’t understand object-oriented coding logic, and thus are hit by the brick wall that is coding when they listen to my concepts, and can only return “that sounds like a lot of work”.
Please. Please learn computer logic to at least understand that I can use the same code for different projectiles types, and need only change the values attached to it.
