So question, are Damien/Melinda actually dead?? Like how do we know for sure they’re dead and are gonna stay that way?

If you couldn’t find them on the Ethereal Plane, then that means they are likely in the Outer Planes and can’t come back without literal divine intervention or something of equal power.
