First impression: see, the problem here is that I have goldfish memory. I know that on my first read I was not too impressed by her. But as for my impression during the first “journey to Imre” read? No idea.
Impression now: Fucking queen.
Favorite moment: When she rescues that girl and talks her through her life choices without mincing words. Kvothe is an idiot and the girl knows what she’s damn well doing.
Idea for a story: I don’t dare tinkering with Pat’s story. But I can come up with a fun crossover duel for her at a future Unbound battle royale, let’s see… Lea from Dresden Files? Denna has the benefit of actually being a musician instead of just inspiring them I suppose.
Unpopular opinion: if a certain fan theory I wholeheartedly subscribe to turns out to be true… then I guess I don’t much like that, when Kvothe is trying to convince her that her situation with Master Ash and his own at the University are different, his hypocrisy would turn out to be justified.
Favorite relationship: I have to say Kvothe because we haven’t seen much else. But also because yeah. I like them.
