Speaking from the heart...

Life never was the easiest to understand. I remember always being told that you have to be tough to survive. After learning from life, Ive learned the total opposite. You can always have the appearance of being tough, but the heart is never tough enough. I have learned that the heart is the center of everything and every way we react. If we choose to have a harden heart, then our perception of life will always be tough, but if we learn to allow the heart to soften, we see things more clear. There would be less stress and we would easily understand life and its many purposes. I take this moment to dig deep and attempt to open my heart more to learning the right way.Thinking Thursday!
