Hey! I wanted to ask about Etino's and Tawny's sexuality. Are they gays or hetero (or another sexuality). I'm curious

Hey so uh I finished the Collab with @yuejo , she did the lineart and I did the colouring!

(Note that I changed some things from the Arabian mythology to fit the character because I'm still not too familiar with all the legends around Djinns, I might make some change in the future once I'm more cultivated about it)

Etino is a Djinn and therefore bound to Earth, however, him and different Djinns live in a different realm than humans do. A realm invisible to them, usually located in large deserts.

In this realm, there are rules, and every Djinn honor them. If one decides to transgress them, they shall be banned forever and ever and sent to the human world to serve as their servant.

Etino did something that was considered unacceptable by the realm standards and his sentence was therefore to be confined in a lamp, waiting for a human hand to summon him. He was from now on, the humans' slave, forced to fulfill their every wish.

Fortunately for him, after thousands and thousands of years of servitude, another mythical creature found his lamp and freed him from his prison. Without turning back, he fleed to the Djinn realm, but realizing that he couldn't see it anymore, he reluctantly returned to where the other creature had found him. Etino finally decided to stay put for a while, not knowing what to do with his life. The vampire named « Tawny » didn't mind his company.

Powers :

When Etino was trapped to the lamp, he was visible and tangible to humans but now that he's free, he can make himself invisible to the human eye again. He can make himself visible again by choice but he couldn't care less about that.

As a Djinn, Etino can do all sort of things, his powers are considered more like « tricks ».

Etino is a being of flame and smoke, a shape shifter capable of transforming into a human/animal form or inanimate objects. He can change his appearance at wish, but he can't remove damage caused by another Djinn, he can only hide it. Anyways it's not like turning into these forms is a necessity for him, he rarely ever transform.

He can trick people by creating illusions, leaving humans questioning their sense of reality. What makes a Djinn a really good wish granter is the power to read people's minds to learn more closely about their greatest desires, so there is no confusion on the making of the wish. But, humans have to be very precise about their wish or else it may go really wrong.

Personality :

Etino is often apathetic and doesn't show any emotion except an eternal frown. When he's showing emotions, it's either anger, annoyance or distrust.

I wouldn't say Etino is fearful, but since he is suspicious of everything related to humans, anything can catch him off guard.

One thing that Etino loves is the heat, he despises the cold and is very sensitive to it.

He is rather curious when it comes to Tawny, apart from Djinns, he knows other mythical creatures exist but he has never met a vampire before, his bloodsucking tendency disgust him.
