i color code all my OCs by personality so it was really easy to pick out my red/blue combos actually. though i seem to be more fond of secondary colors.

but i am definitely guilty of red/blue relationships.

ALSO from A Forest and a City! Ettem is part of a rebel movement against the current queen of the fae, who is trying to reconnect the fae with humans. Ettem and her followers want to keep the fae separate from humans, thinking themselves better than them in pretty much every way. They didn’t want a civil war, but it’s kind of what happened anyway. Ettem is a bit of an extremist and her followers even moreso, and so their movement has graduated from simple protest to “we need to overthrow the queen because she’s no longer the best candidate for ruling the fae” but Ettem can’t beat the queen in a physical or magical fight, and since the title of queen goes to the fae with the most literal power, Ettem is looking to change the entire political system to something more democratic.
