Checking his brochure for what had to be the fifth time in the last minute, Shulk was fairly sure he was in the correct Ward this time. While, he still didn’t know what ‘Greece’ was, the blues and whites surrounding him seemed to match up with the description he’d been given of Archimedes.
That being said, he still had no idea where his apartment was supposed to be. This was by far the most confusing place in the city he had been yet, and quickly Shulk found himself all turned around in the twisting streets. The only place he had ever been with paths nearly so narrow and winding was Frontier Village, but of course that had been built by a much smaller race of people.
There was nothing for it; he was going to have to ask someone for directions again. From the narrow alley he was standing in, Shulk spotted a man with brown hair and a goatee walking on the other side the street.
“Excuse me!”
Shulk stepped out from the alleyway and into the road, not thinking to look before crossing. His only warning was a flash of movement from his side before he was immediately hit by one of the small two-wheeled vehicles people seemed so fond of here. The impact sent both Shulk and the driver to the ground. Shulk skidded a short distance on the hard ground, scraping his hands and shins.
