playing with sora’s hair

Seated on the couch in D.O.E’s living room, Sora faced the TV while Eunah sat behind her, braiding her hair. She wasn’t quite sure how they’d ended up like that, or why she’d invited the trainee over in the first place, but it was very comforting. Almost like having a younger sister, which is something she’d always craved. “Alright, lemme see how you did.”

Sara got in her car, not really looking to be potentially caught by any reporters hanging around. It was hard for her to see the people around her suffering, even if they pretended they weren’t. Especially if they pretended they weren’t. And even though she really didn’t want to be that person who was always in everyone’s business, she was going to be anyway. It was too hard to let the people she cared about go through things like this alone. Maybe it was purely selfish, maybe it was more for herself than it was for anyone else. But that didn’t stop her. So, she pulled up to the trainee dorms and sent Eunah a text, letting her know that she was outside.

“If you don’t rest, you won’t heal.”

“Ah, c’mon. Rest is for the weak and I’ve had worse injuries. It’s just a sprain, I’m sure. I’ve got shit to do and people to see and adventures to go on. You can’t seriously expect me, Natalia Moon, to sit here and heal.”
