DON'T STOP ME NOW DON'T STOP ME
'CAUSE I'M HAVING A GOOD TIME, HAVING A GOOD TIME!!
The best thing happened yesterday
So, during band we were doing pass-offs, which is technically a test where one have to play a certain piece. So in the middle of class, we stopped everything. Our band director told us that would play for a special needs kid who was blind. As he entered the band room, he was grinning ear to ear. And let me tell you about this kid, HE ABSOLUTELY LOVES MUSIC!! HE WAS ENERGETIC AND EVEN WANTED PLAY SOME INSTRUMENTS!! So, after we played a piece for him, our band director introduced him to the percussion section. He had an absolute blast playing the timpani, bass drum, and even the snare drum. THIS KID ABSOLUTELY MADE MY DAY!! HE IS SO PASSIONATE ABOUT BAND!! IT MADE ME APPRECIATE BAND EVEN MORE!!!
BASSOON HAS BEEN CROWNED!!
Clarinet boi is out! We are down to the semifinals!! Voting ends Aug 2nd!!
The Avengers Theme
So for the spring concert, the concert band, which includes 6th & 8th secondary, played the Avengers. Since I am a huge Marvel fan, this was the best thing ever!!
