@eusyram ✦ @gullytine and they were roommates...
IF PRESSED, CALLUM COULDN'T EXPLAIN how he'd come to be sitting on the living room floor of the house he'd been assigned to reside in, both of his roommates sitting across from him. the girl ( mary sue, she'd proudly declared ) had simply burst through his door, a book in her hand and orders falling from her lips, weston's familiar form lurking behind her. the warlock had barely had time to absorb just what was happening before he was ushered down the stairs and made to sit, the other two settling on the floor in front of him.
callum was used to being ordered around, but never quite this chaotically. and not by someone so... small.
❝ Um. ❞ his voice was hesitant, gaze lifting from the book that had been thrust into his hands and up to mary. ❝ I'm not sure I... understand what you want me to do? ❞ callum's voice tilted up at the end, turning the sentence into more of an uncertain question than anything.
