I love a good infographic, thanks to the Ashtrayblog for putting this together. I would really be interested in seeing a USA based survey like this.

GIVE A FACE TO VAPING
Martin from Facebook sent me a link to this video, and I just think this is a fantastic idea. They are absolutely on the right track with this. It makes it more personal and like the video says. It give a face to vaping, and a face to those that vaping has helped.

THE Euro MP for Burton has voiced opposition to plans for a European-wide ban on electronic cigarettes.
She said: “Users of e-cigarettes have contacted me in their thousands.
“This community, known as vapers, have been calling for MEPs to block this new legislation as they believe that it will be detrimental to the people who choose to use them.”
To me this seems like good news? There might be hope for the EU and UK after all

Despite electronic cigarettes still being in their international infancy, they are now thought to be the UK's most popular smoking cessation aid with 1.3 million users.
1.3 MILLION!! That's M-I-L-L-I-O-N with a capital M , 1.3 million vapers in the UK. This just makes me happy. How can the MHRE ignore those kinds of numbers?
Easily the best line in the whole article right here
"Making them medicines, as the MHRA and EU propose, would render e-cigarettes less attractive and available than tobacco, protecting the cigarette market and leading to smoking related deaths that could easily have been avoided if smokers could choose a viable alternative."
I could not have said it better myself. Wake up MHRA! you do not have the public's best interests in mind!
