i saw people on twitter cancelling chris because he outed his brother?? is that true? thats disgusting omg

no, this is another thing that has been completely misrepresented and twisted on twitter to cancel chris. Scott was already out to everyone in his life, but he wasn't out publicly, but he also wasn't even famous enough at the time in 2008 i think it was to be coming out publicly anyway. chris was basically set up with that question too, and scott has very publicly said he didn't care.
