[While researching Ancient Egyptian mythology, I have come to the conclusion that it is extremely complicated and confusing. All of Ra’s children are basically like, pieces of himself to an extent and he’s related to Atum and Amun but they’re all technically the same but not really since they were all fused together by the people to form Ra or Atum-Ra and Amun-Ra who is still basically Ra. And then Ra is the midday sun and then becomes Osiris when it’s nighttime since the sun “dies” but Osiris married Isis and they had Horus who is also an aspect of Ra and I’m just???? -SCRATCHES HEAD- But then in some parts of Egypt even the people were confused and so merged Ra and Horus as one being, but at the same time, Ra retires and goes off on his sun ship because he’s old and stressed so leaves the world to Horus.]
