This is more of a “thank you” than an actual entry for @eventhorizon451‘s sketch challenge (for starters, it’s not a sketch - It’s a manip/collage type thingy!) so I spent a little more time on it than my previous offering!

It’s a pivotal moment from Chapter 12 of their wonderful, recently completed, story The Dogs of War:

“No! Mycroft! Please!”

Ignoring Greg’s increasingly panicked shouts, Mycroft flew fast and far savoring the feel of the air under his wings and the sweet taste of freedom on his tongue.

From  @eventhorizon451 ‘s awesome fic A Novel Romance , the words argent (a root word of silver) and gorgeous are combined to describe this silver fox perfectly.

Another commission, this time for @eventhorizon451 - THANK YOU AGAIN ♥ I’ve never drawn Mystrade before, so this was a lovely challenge :) Here they are, having a romantic ...wine and cake, I suppose. Maybe it’s dessert.

[Teens Mycroft and Greg in a pub with pre-teens John and Sherlock] One more kiss, which lasted long enough for Sherlock and John to place their lunch order and return to decorate the older boys’ hair with plastic monkeys the bartender had dredged up from the 1970s. “Thank you, John.  I assume this is your gentle method of urging me back to work.”       “No, you just look good with monkeys in your hair.”       “Well, let them instead ride in my pocket as I return to my toil.  My dear, I shall see you later?” Sherlock choked and fell to the ground seeing Lestrade’s lecherous look, prompting John to begin ringing his body with monkeys in lieu of police chalk.

My latest is up on AO3, Winterlight, inspired by these two images, the manip on the left courtesy of the lovely @wastingyourgum from the question Rupert answered from @eventhorizon451 during the Filmmaker’s Podcast a few days ago, The other picture is from pinterest and I cannot follow where it comes from, suffice to say he looks lovely and Rupert would look so good, imho, in such an ensemble. I hope you enjoy the story.
