Because of weird things happening in the fandom recently, the team’s inviting everyone to participate in a little event:

DRESS UP SHADOWSAN!

No, shadowsan has no idea about this.

Point is, you guys have pictures of him, right? And you guys have access to the internet, right? (player’s judging you if you said no)

Then you can dress him up too! Put a bow on him, do a full princess dress, who cares. As long as he doesn’t flip out and try to kill us. And show us!!

There’s no start or end date of this event, just have fun terrorising the man!

And wait for our inevitable deaths… hm. Maybe this wasn’t a great idea after all.

All dressing up will be tagged under #dress up the dad

#1 - Coil Mayhem

“Come out wherever you are, sheep!”

A loud voice called, a trio of speed battlers coming in right by the outskirts of the town. His current state? Quiet, covered right by the shadows of the alleyways.

It wasn’t the usual day where you’d get threatened to be assaulted by a group of strangers right across the street, especially in a secluded place.

Right as they went past by his hiding place, he’d quietly gasp out some air. The chills of this place was at least able to knock his socks off judging by the amount of crime rate in this small town. He had to act quick in order to get outta here.

(Dear lord Telamon, please bring honour to me after this risky journey.)

Without further hesitation, Radical immediately swifts towards the exit.. And DESPITE having a good head start, he was running out of quick breath fast. Just as he was going to kiss his prayers and get out of Coil Canyon—

“Oi! Sheep! Thinkin’ of getting out without a ticket to POUND TOWN?!”

The snobby voice bellowed, before he could look, three speed battlers would come over and surround him in front, block the exit-way to where he’s standing like a pack of hyenas.

“Newsflash people, I ain’t afraid of you! Infact, I could prove it to your sick little faces!”

DJ replied, hesitantly going in right for his boombox. He also saw one of the speed battlers holding a skateboard, purely a great idea shining right through in his mind.

“What’s a boombox gonna do?! You gonna play music for us? I’D BE GLAD TO SEE THAT, JACKASS!”

One of the speed battlers laughed, taking over this whole thing as a practical joke. That was before one of their mates nudged their shoulder to get them focussed. It was going to be tough doing this, but it was all gonna be worth it in the end.

Kicking it right off the bat, he used his free hand to turn on the horrendous beats. Making the speed battlers too stunned to hear the music on their own.

“AUUUUGH! MY EARS!”

“CALL THE POLICE!”

“I NEED A PILLOW! ANYTHING TO CLEAR OUT WHATEVER HES PLAYING!”

Before then, he quickly ran to the dropped skateboard. Radical wasn’t really the one to do skateboarding, but he once did skateboarding lessons as an extra activity if that ever counts.

Before hesitantly looking back by the scene, he did a magnificent kick flip.. Right before he continued riding to the exit.

“Let’s kick this popsicle stand!”

1.5k celebration! 🥳

hello friends! as you may know, I recently hit 1.5k followers! I am so grateful that so many of you now follow my little writing blog 😌💕 thank you all for your love and support! I appreciate each and every one of you.

ever since I began my blog back in may 2020, I’ve been keeping a list of fic ideas to write eventually. by now, that list has grown to over 100 ideas. so, for this follower celebration, you guys will help me finally write and post some of those ideas that I’ve had for a while -- some since the very beginning of this blog.

beginning at midnight (12 am) est on july 17, I will begin accepting requests for my 1.5k follower celebration. any requests sent before this time will be deleted. I will schedule a post for midnight est on july 17 to let you all know when you can start sending in requests. for this event, I will be limiting the number of requests to 15. as many of you know, I just started a new job, and have been struggling to find the time and energy to write. because of that, I will be taking only a few requests for now. once I write those, I might open this event up again and take more requests, but for now I will cap the event at 15.

⭐️ to request, send me a number from 1-100. I will then choose the corresponding number on my ideas list and will write and post that! ⭐️

rules (please read these before requesting)

- please only submit one request. because this event has such a low cap, it would not be fair to my other followers if everyone did not get an equal chance to request because someone spammed my inbox with multiple numbers. I will not be disabling anon because I understand that some people won’t send requests off anon, but I suggest that you sign your message with a special emoji or nickname. this way, I know the requests are coming from different anons, and you can more easily tell when your request is posted! (if it looks like someone is spamming numbers, I will ignore their requests and move onto the next ones.)

- as with my other requests, I will be writing very slowly. it may take me weeks to finish all of these requests because of my current schedule. please be patient and don’t send me messages asking when I will be done. I am working as quickly as I can without burning myself out. 

- I have a range of characters in my ideas list, so please don’t be disappointed if your request doesn’t have your favorite character! due to the random nature of this event, you may get a character you’re not the most fond of -- and that’s okay. you can read the other requests or browse through my other fics on my masterlist. since I have so many characters represented on my ideas list, I hope that this event will have a wide range of characters posted!

With this most recent lovely development, we readers and writers at the Skeptic Believer Book Club had the very delicious idea to host an event to celebrate the tenderness of this moment! We’re calling it 

I Love You, May

The concept is that we’re formulating a collection of fics revolving around love confessions which will be posted on May 16th.

Who can participate?: Anyone and everyone who completes a fic with a focus on either Ryan or Shane saying I Love You for the first time to perhaps the 100th time. 

How Do I Participate?: First things first, if you like you can read the FAQ and join the club by sending us an ask telling us that you’d like to join the discord server where we talk about fic amongst other things with a bi-monthly discussion on a fic we all vote for. Whether or not you so choose to join us, if you just want to write a thing, please tag the #shyanbookclub or @skepticbeliever-bookclub in your promo post. We will be reblogging and promoting every complete work so get hyped, do your thing, make a story happen!

1000 followers events!

Event 1: I know I love my ships, and I know y'all love these boys as much as I do. That's why for the rest of the week (until next Sunday, for me) I will be opening my requests to self-ships! Send me a character and a description of yourself, and i'll write some headcanons for the two of you! If you're feeling daring, or you love to many of them, you could always send me a description without a character for a pair-up of my choosing. Please send a description of your personality rather than your appearance! This event extends out past FFXV. You can also send in characters from: Final Fantasy VII Final Fantasy X Final Fantasy XIII The Kingdom Hearts Franchise The World Ends With You Event 2: Recently, Kingdom Hearts 2.8 was released! And since, Kingdom Hearts is a close brother to Final Fantasy, I will extend my ask box out to it as well. You can now request headcanons with Terra, or maybe even Xaldin, for example. I welcome all Kingdom Hearts characters, as i've played every game. ( i'm in the process of completing 0.2. ) ( OH MY GOD SOMEONE PLEASE SEND ME SOMETHING WITH THE FORETELLERS! I LOVE THEM BUT THERE'S NOTHING OUT THERE FOR THEM! )
