For those of you who were looking forward to sprinting with me this morning, I changed the time (I’ve been feeling a bit under the weather) and I forgot to inform those of you here in Instagram. My apologies. I will still be sprinting for five hours but it will be tonight from 5 PM EST to 11 PM EST with about fifteen sprints that vary as before. I hope some of you can still make it.
