Phen always loved exploring caves. To be able to get away from the surface, the many intolerable people, and to bask in the darkness in search of treasures of all sorts was by far her favorite thing in the entire world. What made her the most happy was finding runes carved into the many surfaces. To be able to decipher a message that most people would never understand filled her heart full. And there were always so many surfaces on which one could carve out a message that she could literally spend her entire day down there searching. Never mind the fact that the sun would most always be coming up just as she was heading out of there for home. Home. If you could really call it that. She never truly had a home since she was a little girl. Her brother would drag her to different cities, all the while teaching her things, and then moving on. He never was one to stay in one place long enough to make friends and because of this she was unable to do the same. He had a tendency to get into trouble wherever they went. More often than not, she would find herself running away or hiding from what or whoever it was that was looking for her brother. “Phen!” “Hey, Psaris,” she said with a heavy sigh and a roll of her eyes. “I know, I know! I didn’t mean to spend so much time down there this time. But I found the most amazing things and if you could just come with me, just once, maybe you could help me out and it wouldn’t take so long.” “You know I have other things I need to attend to here.” “Just one day, tomorrow even. Let’s go back there tomorrow and finish it and you won’t have to worry about me coming back late.” “No, Phen. It’s time we leave. I’ve got everything done that I needed to except one more tiny piece I need to collect from a trader in Qeynos and then we will have to leave.” “But I promised I would meet her in town tomorrow. Theera said she was going to show me something. That I wouldn’t regret it. I have to go. I like her. I don’t want to let her down. Not again.” “You can make a friend in the next town. Now come on, it’s time we got some sleep. Big day ahead you know.” That was the last time she saw her brother. During the night while he was passed out from drink and exhaustion she grab her bag, threw a few things in she thought she might need and headed out. She didn’t know where she would go. Maybe she could go back to the cave and hideout there for a while. He didn’t know where it was anyways since he never would agree to meet her there and help out. Yeah.. the cave would be nice for a while. It was close enough to everything she needed should she ache for food or thirst. And she had saved up some coin for such a time as this. She would be fine. For now.

Yesterday (day two of thevLandmark Beta), I became a founder. I am not sure how I feel about this yet. It feels life an annoying version of Minecraft. I am just digging right now...well I was. I forced myself to close my laptop at 3:30. There are of course no in depth tutorials, but that will come with time. Just remember that you want a claim, you can never have too much copper...EVER, and dig for your life. Your only opponents are those who get to what you want first (yeah I'm looking at you. Gimme dat iron). I'll pick it back up tomorrow.
Rumors: This will cover lots of topics. Xbox One users will find relief soon from their non surround/digital sound hell. May 9 they plan to release firmware to allow you to use your turtle beach headphones. You will be able to leave analog finally Xbox One needs direct access to the tv, preventing a work around with your stereo system. Eventually you will be able to stop using your headphones adaptor and plug in directly to the controller like PS4 users. A whole host of problems have caused avid Xbox user drop it quick. PS4 users, don’t laugh. Your next. Currently the most popular games are $40 indie games. Disc titles are doing very poor. Wild star dropped it’s NDA and currently ESO is the only game still keeping it’s players in silence. ESO is trying to take a single player game and turn it into a MMO. The game feels nothing like the console games. They are messing with the classic story with a time warp like story to change the future. According to my sources no self respecting Elder Scrolls player would play it. They are trying to appeal to newer audiences. It all comes down to wow in the end. Every MMO is compared with it. I also want to take this time to apoligize. My fan on my puter died very early this month, so I was unable to play additional Landmark. From what I have played, the game is highly unopimized. Movement was a chore, let alone the controls in order to make a claim were not clear. I needed to watch a video to learn how to claim. I was unable to make any claims when my puter fan died. I will revisit next month. The fan also blocked me from taking advantage of a wild star stress test weekend.
