“I don’t know what to say–” she exclaimed, shuffling her feet across the floor with a slight smile spreading across the strawberry blonde’s face. Lydia wasn’t usually one that would be left speechless after only a few words that escaped the other’s mouth; but she almost couldn’t comprehend what was happening. A whirlwind of emotions ran through her head within moments that left her stuck and trying to figure out which one to express first. Finally, after a while she smiled.

An unseasonable breeze began to brush against Katie’s neck as she rounded the corner of Central Park sending a pin prick of a chill on the back of her neck causing her to almost trip on her feet.
Smoothing out her jogging pants, she let out a deep breath wondering I the loss of footing was due to feeling a bit puckish.
Eyeing a small café a few feet away, Katie soon took a seat however she quickly began to wonder if perhaps she’d been wearing a bowtie she wouldn’t feel so under dressed after all bowties were cool…. Letting her thoughts trail for a moment she watched as a young girl arrived at the table asking if she was ready to place an order. “You wouldn’t happen to have fish fingers and custard by any chance would you?” Katie asked thinking that while peculiar she’d had a sudden craving for the dish.
