A piece that was started almost an exact year ago. Haha I originally struggled with it because I thought the paper couldn’t handle the amount of watercolor/ink I was using. Still kept picking away at though. Also the photo doesn’t really do the in person art justice. I’m not really good at taking photos and editing them. Pretty sure her hair is a lot more sparkly in real life.
Ahaha oh my god I fucking lied. I’m not quite back yet. Have a clown in these trying times in the mean time. @_@;; (Clown was referenced from a Pinterest image so can’t take full credit on it. It’s a cute little statue though)

Whoa....
It’s really...... weird seeing such a huge post gap in my Art Tag from like 2019 to now, in 2022. I think back in 2019 I said that I would be posting more over on Twitter (EllisV013), which I have but even then it’s been a bit sparse. Granted that things in the art world lately doesn’t make one want to share that much anymore. I have pulled back on the sharing myself though too. I have still been drawing during that time but it’s been mostly back to Traditional Media. Have done a bit more watercolor painting but like I feel some of those.... are okaaaaay. Haha I need to practice more still. Maybe at some point I’ll add some of those older pieces. This account has become a bit of a time capsule in some regards to my work. I think the oldest piece that I’ve posted on this account is from 2012. I think I do need to get my hands on a new scanner at some point...
