Okay, I just think we all need options in life. Good talk.
No see you have to be subtle. You can't call for bloody war against an entire class of people out loud, it's not PC. We all know deep down that wiping every one of them out is the answer, but it wouldn't fly in the media if you just called for it right out. You have to use diplomatic language and approach it at a snail's pace.
First, hack away at the support structures and massively publicize every negative thing that happens within the community as proof that they're taking too much and their support structures should be slashed for everyone's sake. Use lots of puffery to claim that criminals usually come from that class. Make it obvious that these undesirables are hurting America without actually having to say anything "un-PC". Then over time increase the anger in the other classes by distorting the media and disproportionately targeting the group for criticism. Use dehumanizing rhetoric, comparing them to vermin that do nothing but steal your resources and pollute your culture. Most people will want someone to blame for their bad luck, and people in a different socioeconomic bracket are a perfect target.
Then when something goes wrong for the country, ask publicly whether it's because of them. Do this until you have a nation outraged and ready to panic. Then cry, from a place of concern for your country, that it's time to take back what's been stolen by the enemy. Everyone will know whose neighborhood to burn and you won't have done anything wrong!
When the ashes have cooled, Wall Street will make a nice community vegetable garden.
