I don't even know what to highlight, it's all so powerful. We as a species are fundamentally supported on a foundation of subjugting each other in ways that would make a cartoon villain cringe, and that's the point. This power structure flourished for millenia and it took the internet age to really start gathering and mobilizing populations into removing bricks, pulling threads, scratch into the deeper layers of dismantling an endless hierarchy in which sexuality really is the heart of power. This essay leaves me stunned. Every human being. Everyone. I'm glad I'm alive right now.
