Hey there!
I dropped off the face of earth (or rather, the internet) for a bit, as I tend to do. But I’m back and the queue is filled up with heaps of amazing casual steampunk pictures :)
initially i wanted to dress mori today, but then it got post-apocalyptic forest dweller-ish, and finally turned out to be everyday steampunk. excuse my face, i promise i don't want to kill anybody, i'm just tired and don't want to take selfies but my outfit is too good not to post it. the boots are a bit younger than me and belonged to my mother. they aren't docs, but they have steel toes *-* the brown leg warmers were tights from the kids section, they were dirt cheap and i thought they would fit me, but then they didn't... so i cut them up. the grey pair were knee socks before i cut them up. long-sleeved top from h&m, cardigan from promod (i stole it from my mother too). everything else is thrifted and/or noname. i bleached the skirt myself. i need a brass brooch with tentacles!

Some everyday steampunk
I got the blouse from shortcuttothestars about a year ago, and wondered where it had disappeared, until i found it deeply buried at the bottom of my closet. I might have too much clothing… Arm warmers and knee stockings is self made from old tights. Leg warmers from the local supermarket. Sorel boots. Everything else is thrifted.
