okay but that "my parents haven't apologized to me about making me ugly post" reminds me of a while ago, when i was venting to my brother like "mom was so pretty when she was my age. why didn't i become that pretty? what happened?' and my brother was dead silent before replying, "dad happened. that's why." and we both looked at each other and started laughing so hard. we told my dad about it later and my mom could not stop laughing but my dad was looking at us like "ur so done. sleep with one eye open tonight."
