Rev Runner x Tech E. Coyote Headcanons
Hi Loonatics fandom! I figured I should give you guys a treat as well. So more Rev/Tech headcanons for all!
-Ever since they started dating, Tech has been more willing to hear Rev just.... talk. He's stopped trying to shut Rev up at all and whenever someone tries to interrupt Rev during his rambles, Tech will instantly find a way to stop them.
-Like I said in Rev's HC sheet, a bad habit Rev has is overpromising things. With Tech, this mainly translates into trying to take him on grand dates to fancy places or using his parents' money to buy him new things that Tech doesn't really need. Tech doesn't like this, and has simply said he prefers Rev himself rather than what he can give him.
-Rev has an absolute SEETHING hatred for Mallory 'Mastermind' Casey for betraying Tech and causing him such emotional pain. He won't kill her....but he will absolutely humiliate her in front of Tech. He's also prone to calling her absolutely VICIOUS names in front of Tech to make him laugh.
-Tech sometimes purposefully likes to freak out Rev's parents with certain 'coyote' mannerisms. Rev approves. It's because both think that Ralph and Harriet's speciesism is completely ridiculous.
-Rev has taken Tech on commuting trips because Tech has NEVER really seen all of Acmetropolis. He especially loves getting to point out new things for Tech to see.
-Some of Rev and Tech's favorite dates are going to the arcade. Mainly because Rev REALLY likes showing his skills to Tech and winning him several prizes.
-Tech has designated his lab as a place for Rev to be able to let out his energy in. So long as Rev doesn't purposefully or accidentally destroy anything, Rev can do pretty much whatever he likes.
-Rev is the only Loonatic that Tech completely and wholly trusts. Both have become main emotional support pillars for the other and will tell each other practically EVERYTHING.
-Tech was the one who confessed first. He had to overcome every instinct telling him not too because he was SO worried about how Rev would react.
-Tech has slowly been whittling down Rev's tendency to rely on stereotypes. It's mainly because of Tech that Rev now forms his own opinion before jumping to conclusions immediately (in my Rev headcanons, Rev used to rely a LOT on stereotypes when meeting people).
-Rev's BIGGEST goal is to break the stigmatization of coyotes in Acmetropolis....mainly so Tech himself can live without fear of being judged. Rev has enlisted Duck's help in doing so and while they're making strides, it's still a rather big hurdle. Even so, Rev will ALWAYS ask for Tech's opinion on how he should do things.
-Rev is also learning more about coyote culture! He loves learning about coyote celebrations, coyote traditions, coyote language. At first it was to impress Tech...but slowly grew into something he genuinely loved doing. Now, he's happy he can partake in these activities with Tech with full knowledge of what they mean.
-Tech is into glass blowing and glass making (which I said in my Tech headcanons), and likes making Rev intricate gifts made out of glass. Rev cherishes them greatly, to the point he keeps a special collection of Tech's gifts in his room.
-Similarly, Rev has made little origami figures for Tech as gifts. Tech absolutely adores them and has personally altered them to never be ripped or torn so he can look at them forever.
-(NSFW): Both took each other's virginity. They're both switches and are perfectly fine with a variety of sex positions in the bed. Rev is the more kinky one between them though.
