Woke up and went for a (.75mi) run in the pouring rain. First run since October.
Been eating a lot of crap the past few days (did you know a 20oz bag of chips is WAY TOO MUCH? I was having friends over and wound up with hella leftovers). Today was the first day with no chips, just normal breakfast, dinner, and some watermelon/banana.
Had yoga today (class 5). I think I’m improving but we did hard stuff today and my body just NOPED and I wound up really in my head. Still, not too sore after and feeling good
Two days of yoga in a row (up to day 19/30). Definitely feeling things!
Good: went on walk tonight!
Bad: had to keep avoiding coyote.
Guess we’re all trying to get our steps in!
Woke up yesterday and weighed in at my lowest weight in four years (135.whatever) My lowest lowest was like 134? or at least lowest since I was in elementary school. This feels crazy, especially because I’m not doing anything nuts. I ate a lot last weekend and I haven’t been doing anything crazy. I’ve been more sedentary than ever, with the cold and covid.
I feel good. I like how I’m looking. I’m indulging but also making varied meals. No major gains from workouts, but I’m really just doing yoga 2-3x a week and it’s pretty casual. Hoping to up it once the semester is done.
Have gone for a walk just about every day with my mom and my dog (separately) for 10+ days straight. Also working on yoga, semi-daily. Giving myself 40 days to get through a 30 day challenge basically.
Being jobless and school-less is phenomenal. There. I said it.
I’m trying fam
Ate a ton (happily) with my friend(s) this weekend. Forgot to leave the house or do anything physical today LOL. But I’m gonna try to take a reasonable cut each day, targeting 1100-1300 calories. Some days I tend to go under but I think it may contribute to me being hungrier on other days. My big issue, I think, is late night ramen. Gonna try and cut that but it’s so tasty and warm.
