Pairings: Steve Rogers x Reader

Warnings: some cursing, angry reader

Disclaimer: i’m a little descriptive in this with things like hair and powers

A groan passed your lips as Steve’s shield collided with your shoulder, moving it back, and strands of your blue hair cling to your forehead from the sweat that had begun to form there. You knew there was going to be a bruise to great you in the morning.

Anger coursed through your veins as easily as the blood that occupied them. Your eyes flashed an electric blue as you took off running towards him, sliding between his legs, you grabbed his ankle and pulled the super soldier down as hard as you could. He quickly turned on his back before he made contact with the mat, and you landed on his waist. Pinning his arms above his head, he began to chuckle.

“Why are you laughing? I’m beating you,” You stated, confusion crossed over your face

“You know, you’re really cute when you’re pissed off,” the statement caught you off guard, making you loosen your grip on him.

“I can literally kill you,” You retorted

Taking your confusion for granted, Steve bucked his hips and flipped you both so he was straddling you with your arms above your head. As he leaned closer to your face, you began to struggle. Once he got close enough, you could feel his breath pass over your lips.

“For an assassin, I thought you’d be better at sparring” 

“Oh honey, just you wait,” you smirked as he began to float above you. He looked down at what had a tight grip around his torso, and saw it was your blue magic. Looking back at you, he saw that you had gotten up and began to walk towards where you left your water.

“I’m sorry, is the sound of me winning getting too loud for you?” You high fived Nat, as you gently placed Steve on the mat. 

Steve watched you walk out of the gym, Nat and Wanda following closely behind, no doubt to get the full story of what happened since they came in just before you lifted him up. 

“Steve, did you let her win?” Bucky walked to the First Avenger.

“My girlfriend just beat my ass,” Steve chuckled, placing a hand on his friends shoulder. “I love her for it,”
