Managed to say two different embarrassing things yesterday without even realizing until later that they were embarrassing
#one of them I’m still not sure about#but I think it was#ugh I can never just figure this stuff out on my own I always judge based on response but then it’s too late#or when it’s online/over text and no one replies so I just can’t tell#and I worry so much that everything I say is embarrassing and then occasionally I realize that I’m being irrational and stop overthinking#everything so much#and then I say something that actually is embarrassing!#or at least I think it is#and then I have to go back to overthinking everything#personal
