This book is really cute. Everything is Teeth by Evie Wyld is an autobiographical set of stories from her childhood during vacations in Australia and everyday life in England dealing with an obsession and phobia of sharks. What is interesting about this story is the minor details on the side about her father and brother and mother are just as interesting as what’s going on with our main character. However, these storylines were kind of taunting because they leave too much to the imagination and don’t give enough solid page time to the “characters.” It is a black and white art style with the occasional splash of color, specifically on the shark. It is not a type of art or shading that I’ve seen before. I think it is definitely an interesting read, worth the time, though it isn’t exactly classic material.
