No, but not out of malice. Sometimes I read them, my brain responds but my fingers forget too. Then I remember six weeks later. My bad. 

17: Do you hate the person you fell the hardest for?

No, not in the slightest, not even close. I still have nothing but love and positive wishes towards Indiana, and always want her to do the best in life, even if I’m not there to see her achieve it. We were married once, and I don’t take that lightly. She means the world to me, and always will.

18: When was the last time you talked to one of your best friends?

Yesterday? The guys in my band are my best friends, but I consider a lot of other people that too.

Currently, I have Karma dozing on her bed on the floor, and Kirby curled up next to me.

Ummm, have you never heard the Justin Timberlake song? Absolutely. Karma is real, and I’m not just talking about Sophie’s dog. You do bad shit, bad juju will come back around and bite you.

🍺: What are some traditions that you have? What do they mean to you?

I lost a lot of traditions over the last ten years, I allowed work to consume me which meant any holiday traditions are long gone. Before I go into court on a day I’m questioning a witness on the stand that I didn’t call myself I always put a sweetener in my coffee. That’s become more of a superstition than anything else though, I got a really bad coffee one day and it was the only way to save it, that day I nailed the questioning. So the ‘tradition’ was born.

This Christmas Elias put into place some traditions we can carry forwards with the girls next year if we wanted to, which actually meant a lot to me. Baking Christmas cookies. Hot cocoa for them and mulled wine for us. I also have been thinking a lot about a ‘Christmas Eve’ box that I want to put together for them. A pair of pyjamas, a storybook, maybe a Christmas movie, something that they can unwrap on Christmas Eve to get the excitement going.

🍔: Would you rather eat out or cook for yourself? If you were forced to eat out, what types of places would you go to?

Can I just order in instead? I don’t cook, I don’t have time, and if I’m going out for dinner it’s likely a business dinner which means I probably didn’t pick the place. People who know me well know I’m a big fan of Italian food, even if at the moment I don’t have the stomach for it.
