“Evie, you’re very beautiful and I have seen you half naked, but please, can you put some clothes on?”
"So I was in the kitchens and the elves were teaching me how to make those pumpkin pasties but then Bao Bao barrelled in looking for puppy biscuits and nearly ran straight into the open oven," she sighed, petting the small animal on her lap, "I think the elves need to stop feeding him all the tie."
“Ooh, the small ones, right? Gosh, I love them.” A smile bloomed at Lena’s face at the thought, before she got serious. “Oh no. He didn’t get hurt, right? He’s so cute. I’m really impressed with how he keeps getting into the kitchen, though. He’s a smart one. He almost deserve all those treats.”
"I'm a really good girl, I swear!" she cried, her ramblings only half understandable through the scared tears, "I never did anything bad o-or even remotely naughty so I don't know how this happened but I've been feeling s-sick all day and my period is two weeks late and I think I'm p-p-pregnant. Is it because I swam in the lake before? I can't look after a baby! I'm failing almost all of my classes! Please help me, please! What–what do I do? I don't even have a boyfriend!"
“Hey, Evie. Evie. Calm down.” Natasha strains to understand through her frantic blubbering while holding Evie gently by the arms. “Evie, honey, it’s okay. You’re fine.” She reassures and pulls the younger into a gentle hug to hide the silent laughter that threatened to escape. Evie was quirky, that she was well aware of, but laughing at her innocence in matters like this wouldn’t do anything to help the situation. Her hand smooths back the younger’s hair gently as she pulls away. “You’re not pregnant. You’re stressing yourself, darling.”
I smell like roses.
