I’ve only had one idea for it and it’s the same one idea I’ve had for a/b/o which I was scared about writing because there’s this whole established culture and rhetoric that goes with it (it’s a surprisingly well defined au trope) and I’m unsure about my ability to work in there. 

Now that I’ve had a little practice thinking about and writing that dynamic thanks to all these asks, I may go ahead with it. It’s just going to be… dark… and probably not a lot of plot… 100% trash.

But I love evil versions of good guys. Hopefully I’ll come up with an evil Bruce idea that I can show a little love and actually come up with a story :D

But evil Bruce operating under the name of Hulk to conduct his evil schemes and his nemesis who keeps thwarting them, SHIELD agent Hawkeye. And his boyfriend who knows nothing about his evilness, Clint Barton. Clint's just a normal person, he goes out to work in a suit, comes back in his suit. Sometimes goes to conferences. It's Bruce's little piece of normal. Even evil geniuses need a break, even if certain SHIELD agents don't agree. But the trap he has for Hawkeye next time is foolproof.

oh my.. OH MY FUTZING GOSH! This is brilliant. I literally love evil!bruce in every au! this is futzing perfect! I want to write this too. I can’t GENIUS!

okay so i have the best fic idea for villain!bruce

k so, i might have stolen some of this idea from someone, like i have a vague memory of something similar that didn't involve bruce, but whatever, if i copied your idea than just tell me i'll delete this and keep it in my head forever

okay so, the avengers have a contingency plan for if any of the avengers goes bad and they decide to play it out and see how far each of them can get to taking down SHIELD and the avengers, basically they turn it into a game. well, no one really expects much from bruce cause they think the only way bruce could take down SHIELD is with the hulk and that he would never let the hulk out for just a game, but one day they're all in the common space and watching tv and it gets all staticy and bruce face cuts in and hes in his lab and has the most evil grin on his face and is like lets play a game and tony's like i got this and he flies down to his lab in his suit while everyone else gears up and they haven't heard from tony and they get down there and find tony stuck in his suit with images of water on his hub and hes panicking. 

now its real serious and they do what anyone would do in this situation, they split up. thor finds bruce in another lab and bruce figured out a way to make it so thor cant pick up his hammer so thor is obv really upset and charges bruce and he teleports away behind him and traps in one of the many hulk proof cages and leaves him there.  then its steves turn, he tries talking to him as a friend , but bruce isn't having it, so steve throws his shield and bruce uses his bannertech shield to deflect it then he take out another device and steve is stuck in a suspended animation. next is natasha who tries to sneak up on him but you cant sneak up on a guy whos been on the run for so long, she tries to fight him take him down that way, but bruce fights back, he learned and just as he pins her, he lets  his eyes flash green and green blood pump and shes paralyzed with fear which gives him enough time to handcuff her to a bed. then its clints turn, he finds bruce in the basement at the arc reactor that powers the building and he's putting a bomb on it, he fires some arrows at him and he deflects them with his shield, waiting for clint to get close enough and tazes him with his bannertech tazer. clint passes out and bruce breaks his bow and ties him up with his own bow string and assortment of supplies from the arrows. 

he finally makes his way up to fury. he goes up to furys office all business, fury has a gun and so does bruce (paint ball guns of course) bruce is just like is that a good idea? and fury is like its a tranquilizer so yeah, and shoots him and bruce just laughs and fury is pissed like why are you laughing you lost i shot you and bruce is like no fury you didn't i tried that tranquilzer already and it didn't work but i have a bomb attached to the arc reactor and am in the helicarriers systems so you lose and shoots him.

eventually the avengers get out and they're all shaken up and finally fix JARVIS and he says the bruce is in a hulk proof room and they go to him and are like wow way to be a dick but you win. but bruce just turns around with green eyes and is like you underestimated me, its okay, everyone does but i haven't won yet, you can even beat little old bruce banner, how are you going to beat the hulk? and he turns into the hulk and charges at them and they run out of the room and shut the door behind them and the hulk punches the door open, not as hulk proof as they thought, and then changes back to bruce and he's just like i'm sorry that was mean, i play to win. and he still has that shit eating grin on his face cause now theyre scared, he's not some guy that they can just walk all over and especially not a guy who you want as an enemy

But no, wait, imagine it’s not the other guy though. Well, not Hulk. Not physically. It’s the other guy that’s deeper down in Bruce, the one he always denies. It’s that deep, dark well of anger, of rage that Bruce possesses all on his own, without the Hulk’s help. Nice, soft, sweet little Bruce who helps the sick and feeds the poor is shoved aside for a man willing to skin people alive just to hear them scream.

You kill his family, you write your death warrant. You make a deal with the Devil, and Devil, thy name is Bruce.
