Big mistake yesterday. Went to the gym used a machine for a half hour that specifically involves a lot of motion in the hip. My right hip has evil bones and I forgot, how could I be so stupid. I have been awake since 1:40 a.m because of the pain, now I have an 8 hour shift where I have to be standing. I got too comfortable, allowed myself to live a life of someone with normal bones. Pray that the Tylenol kicks in.

I lie. I'm not a mess, I've actually got my life where it needs to be going. I'm just a messed up person. I'm not good. Only few people can look past that.
