SATYR: Have you ever been drunk?

Yes, Very.

SELKIE: Are you a strong swimmer?

Not really. I love my mom the ocean but she could kill me pretty easily.

SPRITE: What is your favourite combination of colours?

Right now it’s these wool samples, a lot of Ireland with the color Woods threaded throughout. I also like redheads and lavender, but that’s more people. Dove grey and sea foam, or a really pale clear blue. I like really rich purples and reds. Basically - either pastels, or super deep jewel tones that either accent to add dimension or clash (wrt copper and lavender). Also, any of the colors in my sidebar image.

SHAPESHIFTER: If you could choose to switch places with any famous person who would it be and why?

Would I still be me, because then I have to do their job, which....yikes. Well, I guess any competitive ice skaters because that would be cool. I think it’d be terrifying to suddenly become a world famous actress, like...I can’t act.

SYLPH: Have you ever wished you were invisible? If so, when?

Every time I’ve made a really bad mistake that I know I could have easily avoided had I not been a fuckhead. But I reserve that for like, life altering mistakes and I’ve only made like three of those.

Raindrops: What’s your favourite song to unwind?

Oh man, I’ve got a little playlist called Drift that takes all the stress right out of me. Usually puts me to sleep too. I think my favorite song on there is probably Full Moon from the Mannheim Steamroller Halloween album. (When I thought of soothing songs, it was the first thing that leapt to mind.)

Soft Kisses: Ever kissed someone of the same sex (gender)?

I have, actually. Several. A few of them gave me tummy butterflies. :)

Full Moons: Do you prefer the stars or the moon? Tracing constellations with your eyes or picking the petals off of flowers?

Oh, the moon. Always the moon. But I love a sky full of stars too, when I’m way out in the countryside, away from light pollution so I can see the whole band of the Milky Way. I seek out SOME constellations, but I can rarely remember what they are. And there is something very soothing for me about plucking flower petals, whether before or after drying. It makes my brain happy.

Constellations: Do you have freckles? Any that resemble anything celestial?

I have a BUNCH of freckles, but they don’t really show unless you look closely. And there’s a little formation on my left cheek that sort of resembles a “w” or Cassopeia’s Chair, depending on how you look at it.

Cold Mornings: What time do you wake up? Are you an early bird or a night owl?

These days, I follow my husband’s schedule, so I’m waking up around noon after going to bed at like 3-4am. Once I’m awake and vertical, I’m definitely up, but I do not enjoy mornings. Definitely a night owl. I can stay up late like nobody’s business, but ask me to be an early riser? That’s asking for trouble.

Oktoberfest: Have you thought about going on exchange? Where would you want to go?

i considered a short term exchange back when i was in uni. my major was nutrition and food science and there was a spring/summer session course that takes the class to italy (i can’t remember the exact city) to learn about their food culture and cooking, etc. so that would’ve been an amazing few months if i had been able to afford it, lol.

Scary Movies: Would you rather be a character in a thriller or a rom com?

definitely a rom com. my heart would not be able to handle being in a thriller. give me all the meet cutes and romantic cliches and happiness, pls.

scented candles: do you enjoy reading? if so what’s your favourite book?- I do enjoy reading! My favorite book might be The Lightning Thief. It’s a book that I’ve loved since the first time I read it years ago and by now it’s just a book that just feels comforting to read.

full moon: do you prefer the stars or the moon? tracing constellations with your eyes or picking the petals off of flowers? - both, the moon can look great some nights and you can always look at the constellations in the stars. tracing constellations with my eyes, I always do that.

cold mornings: what time do you wake up? are you an early bird or a night owl? - I typically wake up around 8am because of classes. More of a night owl, I hate getting up early

i got home really late from a cross country meet bc it was almost two hours away kinda and i had dinner with my mom and now im chilling up in my room, waiting for 12:33am so that i can post abt my birthday all over social media and then sleep omg
