Next Evil Overlord rule. This time I tried doing no word balloons aka #donmartin . It's more difficult to present a cartoon without the use of speech balloons. . This one deals with the diabolical goatee that many villains have been know to wear. So how dies this make our Overlord feel? Had to wait for this piece till I figured out enough about the style. There will definitely be changes and upgrades later but it's a start. Doing a series on Peter's Evil Overlord list. Trying to make it as campy as the list originally was. This also a new painting style. Two years of working in 64-colors makes this a whole new ballgame. That too will get upgraded.
