leona's dna is so strong. damn 😭😭😭😭 im gonna do more detailed refs later, but you can have these headshots for now!!

these are Maya and Obuya Kingscholar! they're 18 years old and twins! both are in savanaclaw as third years.

maya's an extrovert who's very confident and she makes a great leader! she's loves talking to people and is always up and running about. shes very caring towards others and isn't afraid to show it (most of the time...) shes very sharp and witty, though her downfall is that she can get REALLY competitive. its ok she has rizz...

she loooves science, particularly biology (though she loves potionology and alchemy too). she likes to hang out in the botanical gardens a lot because she likes nature! she can rattle off a bunch of animal facts off the top of her head. sometimes when shes talking to other beastmen or mermen she'll complete a sentence and they're just like "...why do you know that." in addition to that she is very athletic and plays spelldrive like her dad! sometimes when shes stressed she'll run a mile and then go back to whatever she was doing HAHA. she also sings sometimes except shes super shy about it n' doesn't like doing it in front of anyone

now, remember when i said she's not afraid to show how much she cares for others most of the time? when this girl REALLY falls in love she becomes the most cringefail girlloser EVEERRR. shes like a textbook tsundere!!!! shes stuttering and fumbling and lord help her..... luckily for her she takes a while to fall for someone genuinely. she prefers to show her love through physical affection, gifts, and quality time.

moving onto obuya!

obuya's an introvert! he was shyer as a kid, but he's more confident in himself now. he's chill and very lax! kind of like a sleepy kitty... i just know this mf is singlehandedly perpetuating cat beastman stereotypes. he's super sleepy all the time, constantly taking naps, he probably drinks a warm glass of milk b4 he goes to bed 😭. he's basically a gentle giant! though his strength is definitely not to be underestimated. he's competitive as well, just not as much as his sister. he can get a little wild when he's excited though, DJAOSDAS.

he's very much a history nerd. u ask him how often he thinks of the roman empire and his answer is just "Yes." hes a language arts nerd too!!!! ! he loves to read..... also, he has a guilty pleasure for romance HAHADUJISAOK. he has a big stash of romance novels in his room!! he likes most arts in general, going from movies, fashion, and visual art, which he does! he paints and does digital occasionally; a friend dragged him into fandom and now he cant escape... on the outside he looks like this cool suave chill guy but hes really just. a nerd. he has his hair pushed back with a dumb headband and his glasses on and hes laying down on his stomach kicking his feet while reading MASODSAJMKALSM. he also has a big soft spot for animals! as for when he's in love, there isnt a big noticable difference from the outside. he's already a very affectionate person, so nothing may seem out of place... until you find him writing his crush's name with his surname in a little notebook aDJSIADJOAKND. obuya, like his mother, loves love, and WILL be thinking about his crush AALLLLL the time. he shows his love through physical affection, quality time, and acts of service.

maya and obuya are very close!! they prefer to stick by each other's side and have mostly the same friends. i think actually they got invitations to both nrc AND rsa; both chose nrc together. additionally, they both cook with eachother and just do daily chores and vibe at ramshackle; someones gotta maintain it after all!! they both enjoy not really having to think abt stuff, which is why they don't just do it with magic.

i'll go first! maya's first word was "idiot" because she heard leona call some guy an idiot while talking to evelyn!

obuya's first word was "pup" because they adopted a puppy when the twins were pretty young!! (maybe reblog to answer to spread this cus its 6am and i dont really want to rack my brain to remember to tag everyone with fanchildren)

🍼 evelyn was very happy but she was also really tired, so she just held the twins as close as possible like "finally. its over💖" LMFAOAOOA. on the other hand, leona was fussing over evelyn a LOT, so she handed the twins to him as a way to say "stfu and calm down." obuya's little ear twitched against leona's hand, and maya's tiny hand grabbed his finger. they were so small in his arms, and so, so fragile. leona cried HAHAHAHAHAHA

🚀 maya wanted to and still wants to contribute to the environmental conservation of the sunset savanna!! i hc that leona, post-nrc, helped his brother with improving the country a lot, so i think she'd want to follow his path. this will make more sense when i revise and post her unique magic in her proper intro post, but for now, just know that she love love LOVES biology and nature. obuya wants to pursue archaeology! or anything history related, really. he likes to write and read, and twisted wonderland is rich with history so... but honestly i think he'd also enjoy painting all day!!

🌎 the twins regularly go back to earth and spent at LEAST half their childhood there (they have a house,,, taru you know abt this but im keeping this a secret to everyone else until i draw it)!! a lot of their childhood memories consist of helping their mama in the kitchen there, and running along the beach. their biggest planned break is them going back for a full month in summer

🧸 maya had a few stuffed animals growing up, mostly animals. she prefers figures much more tbh, especially anatomical ones!! her favorite plushie was a cute pig plushie from a crocodile sanctuary! (i actually have this one irl. and its like from a crocodile sanctuary as well. its in my room rn LMFAO) she still has it, though its in her childhood room. obuya is a FIEND for stuffed animals. he sleeps with like 30 of them on his bed, and that's barely a sixth of his actual plushie collection 😭he has stuffed animals lining the bottom of a full body mirror. he has a hammock of them in the corner of his room. but craziest of all is his POMPOMPURIN SHRINE??????????

💢 maya would get in SOOOO much trouble for constantly sneaking out of the house without telling a soul. most of the time she didn't actually leave the property, just climbing the roof to watch the stars or taking a nap in a tree! but there was one time where she wandered off into the forest, came across a fruit tree, and just sat there under the shade eating fruit for 6 hours straight. she opened the door to see her parents in hysterics and was just like "...... can i have water?" she got grounded ASAP LMFAOOOOO

on the other hand, obuya would get in trouble for getting paint all over the house DNJSKDLA. his parents would make him clean it back up, which he wasn't upset with very much at all. eventually he learned to minimize the mess as much as possible

oh, evelyn... is there an opposite for the 5 stages of grief??? cus shes trying so hard to be normal about it but she CAN'T. she gets so shocked she blacks out, and then she's so over the moon with joy that she gets dizzy so she blacks out AGAIN. she's kicking her feet and her face is red and her heart is racing. it's like you told her she won the lottery or something 😭😭which, well, finding out that you're going to be in a happy, loving marriage with two kids and a beautiful home with your crush, ON TOP of being able to go back and forth between twisted wonderland and earth... yeah she's going crazy

on the other hand, leona has some mixed feelings. i think he would be a bit hesitant about children; i feel like one of his worst fears is his kids facing those same self-worth issues that he grew up with. but maya and obuya are so mentally stable that i feel like he'd be able to calm down pretty fast HAHA. he'd also be VERY happy to find out that he has a future with evelyn; he's a little better than evelyn at pretending that he's normal about it, but theres always that telltale sign of his ears pointing up, one of them twitching back and forth

evelyn and leona spend a lot of time with both of the twins!! theyre very involved in their lives, if that makes sense? evelyn frequently reads or draws with obuya, while obuya likes to come watch leona work, where leona will often explain to him what hes doing, or he likes to talk about history and stuff like ancient incantations with him. on the other hand, maya spends a lot of time with evelyn in the garden where she helps her mom take care of plants and animals. maya also spends time with leona where they play spelldrive together! on top of that, both kids like to help out their mom in the kitchen and with chores, and they also get taught how to play chess by leona!

leona's very firm on making sure his kids grow up to be confident in themselves. i wouldn't call it fully tough love? but i think he's both firm and affectionate, in a way that gets both the children very stable, but not emotionally constipated HAHA. i will say though, maya's puppy eyes are a DANNGGEEERRR to him

evelyn's very gentle with the two of them, especially when they're very young. she talks with the two of them as much as possible, trying to teach them life lessons wherever she can. as they grow older, she has more full-fledged conversations with the both of them. both twins are very close to each other and their parents, and they talk about nearly anything!! evelyn's a little more resistant to the puppy eyes, but she eventually cracks with enough pushing HAHA

like i said earlier, leona spends a lot of quality time with both his kids! on top of that, he buys them both lots of gifts, and he always remembers what they like. he's also playfights with his kids a lot, he pretends to lose to them HAHAH. he tickles them, bites at them, sometimes he holds them by the scruff DNAKDSALD

evelyn spends a lot of quality time with her kids too! one of her other preferred methods of affection is acts of service. she'll often cook both of them their favorite foods, and she always tries to help them out with whatever whenever she can. like leona, she tickles them, bombards them with kisses, and hugs them a lot.

most of all though, evleo often end up in a cuddle pile with their kids. even though the twins had their own rooms by age 9, they slept next to their parents at least once a night every week until they entered NRC, and they really only stopped because of dorming 😭its a very common sight to see one person in the family napping and cuddling with another. on top of that, all of them say "i love you" RREALLLLYY often. every goodnight and goodmorning is followed by "i love you," every thank you is followed by "i love you," even just randomly sometimes they'll tell each other they love each other.

that last part abt "i love you's" is actually something my family does HAHAHAHA
