i just realized one of my most recent posts is selfship adjacent and i PROMISE thats not the reason i was on your blog to begin with hsfhfds
i had a dream that life served me some uncanny circumstances, and i ended up in a guild of sorts with someone i hurt a long time ago. someone i was really close with once upon a time. and i got say all the things ive wanted to say to her since learning that lesson. she was doing well for herself. she was smiling, having fun. she didn't particularly need or crave that interaction, and i knew that, even in the dream. but i got to look her in the eyes and apologize, for real. face to face. i got to tell her how mortified that i was that that was how i treated her, how i had to swallow the pill and admit to myself that i was like a walking, talking pool of acid, and how ive tried my best to not ever be that version of myself again. how unfair that was to her that that was the version of me she had to be around. how all i wanted was, more than anything, for her to know how genuinely sorry i was. and i think i needed that. i know thats not the point of an apology, to make yourself feel better. but i also know that i regret pushing her away and slinging the vitriol at her that i did. make no mistake, im glad shes moved on. shes a very creative and bright person, at her core. im glad shes able to find things that make her smile, and that she doesnt have to think about me and how i was. i know that the world keeps turning whether she ever sees or knows all this, and thats fine. the dream almost felt like closure. almost. it made me want to reach out, but i know better. its stuck with me all day. hmm...
lol i love how everybody is losing their minds over apex legends as if it isnt a fortnite/cod/overwatch love child after using that same breath to completely belittle ppl for playing those exact things
how DO you guys find the future sets to make your hype lists, btw? is there like a big gallery of them somewhere or something? i really wanna do my own now, rip

the threats at night, are quite a fright,

out on the plains by cetus,
trick or treating was way more crowded than last year, which took us by surprise, but not by quite as much surprise at the fact that we didn't see even a single pennywise. there was a kid that had pennywise's face paint, zombie makeup, and a fake-bloodied shirt that said "want to float?", but that was about it. the two best things by far that i saw though were a family dressed so that the dad was king trident, the mom was ursula, and their little baby (like, 3 years old little) was ariel. it was so cute. but the other, the absolute highlight of the night, was a kid around 6 or 7 or so who came to the door in a very well-crafted and lovingly rendered costume of the phantom. his suit was well-fitting, hardly baggy at all, his cape wasn't one layer of cheap fabric (and the collar actually stood!!), and he had a rose pinned to his dress vest. he had a not-shitty venetian half-mask and, when i complimented his costume, he tipped it at me and he even had scar makeup on under it! like, yall. idk if he was a theatre kid in the making or what but. hes going places, and i wish him nothing but excitement in his life

what is it about things that bring out people who unironically shit on monster fuckers? it happened when that avengers movie with the robovillain voiced by james spader, and it's happening with pennywise now. is it really that hard to imagine people liking nonhuman entities? is it really that hard to just...mind your own business? to let teratophiles have their fun in peace? not to mention it reeks of that whole cringe culture bullshit and the same kind of sexuality policing that led to people bitching about ~woobifying~ villains to begin with, so maybe just. calm tf down perhaps
