Today I was exhausted. So I did this core on the floor workout easily found on Comcast ON DEMAND. If you click the link she demonstrates a few of the moves. I did 3 rounds of the circuit.. 10 crunches 10 crunches w weight 10 bicycle crunches 10 cross leg crunches (each leg) 10 sit-ups w weight 10 scissor kicks 10 leg lifts 20 second plank (optional knee touches) 20 second side plank (each side) Although its not a lot, it got me sweating and feeling a little better than I was -Mel
Ate crappy this weekend and feeling this may help my tummy some. Detox tea. Great in moderation -Mel
Just picked up some of my faves! Special K popcorn chips & yogi detox tea. I love the chips & they are a healthy alternative to actual Popcorn or potato chips. I use the tea once or twice a month for a few days so it usually lasts me a while :) -Mel
