JTC Mentoring Highlight: Todays lesson 3/8/23 was titled “Respect”. What does respect mean to you? How do you get respect? Do you have to earn it? What do people say about you when your name comes up? When you ask somebody to be a reference for you, do they have to lie? These were some of the questions we talked about in class today. The conclusion was to become better at the things we do well that may earn respect(Hard worker, being humble, Honest etc). The things we mentioned that needed work on was (Being Lazy, Always Late, Not paying attention, Dishonest, A Know it all etc). These things will cause others to not respect us. Continue to examine yourself and have others around you that will encourage you to become the best you you can possibly be!! You are worth it !!
