Goals for May: Walking my Path
I haven't written monthly goals for myself in a long time. I've been thinking about why this might be, and I think it's because I have a hard time with failure. It's hard to put myself out there and risk not being perfect. Especially publicly. That said it's gotten to a point where I need to take chances.... risk my ego.... and risk failure again.
So, I'm going to dive right in and publicly state my goals for this month:
Meal planning every week (Weekends)
Weigh in (Thursdays)
Meds + Probiotics (Daily)
Journaling meals + Counting Calories (Daily)
Exercise: Gym, Yoga, or 30 minute walk (Daily)
Meditation (Daily)
