PostNord has 2 modes: - The delivery man calling you to check you're available for delivery in 15 min ; - Your package being in Sweden but you don't have a notification for it while the french tracking system says you were not home when PostNord tried to deliver so you lurk through the french tracking system, finds a weird number, try it in PostNord tracking system, it works but 1. your package is not at your usual service point 2. the recipient is "ukendt". I experienced both in 3 hours.

Was the leaky expression problem solved using that buffer?

No. Using deuterated media is for NMR reasons not biochemistry reasons. Also it’s media not buffer, because you can’t grow cells in buffer. FYI.
