Exam diaries: Results & a little life update
I received my exam results on Saturday, August 24th and I'm pleased to say that I passed, with an overall score of 80%!
I'm beyond relieved and thankful for good grades, I struggled a bit this semester and missed a lot of classes because I was sick- but I managed. I was happy to see I that I had passed Pharmacology since it gave me a hard time. All the tears were worth it 🥲✨️.
As a reward, I decided to get myself two perfumes on my wishlist, which I'll take pictures of when I receive them. Although it will take a while since my money was stolen from me by a scammer ☹️
For this new semester, I hope to increase my cumulative score to 75% and also participate in as many club activities as possible. I also want to try different study methods and start preparing for finals. Aside from that I want to self-study for Anatomy, Physiology, Organic Chemistry and Coding.
I also want to take up Arabic or German classes. I can read Arabic but I'm not a fluent speaker.
How I'll study for those, I'll figure it out, I'm considering taking a pre-med course after I graduate- hopefully it works out.
As I had mentioned in my introductory post, I have a personal blog @sliceofmy1ife, and I hope to start posting soon! It's going to focus on things like my morning and night routines, crochet, skincare, make up, and reviews of products I've bought, etc etc
I also got into the second hospital of my choice, which I'm happy about. So from the 23rd of this month I'll be learning from hospital from Mondays to Saturdays until the 16th of December. I'm hoping to go scrub shopping after we get more information on everything about clinical practice. I'm hoping to wear scrubs that are the colour of my choice (pink), but since nutrition professionals wear yellow scrubs here, I might need one or two yellow pairs.
I hope this semester will be better than the last and will help me grow not only as a student but also as a person and future healthcare professional. I plan to post more consistently now that I'm back to grinding. Thanks for reading up to this point, I hope you have a lovely day/night 🫶🏾🎀
