I can't find anything more specific for where this one shot fits into Exandria's timeline than "some point before 795 P.D."
Scanlan had a messy affair with a member of The Darrington Estate staff that forced the bard and Dr. Dranzel's troupe to leave between 795P.D. and 796P.D. Presumably the very young Scanlan we see in The Glorious Ones who is still learning how to be a womanizing (equal opportunity-izing I suppose, to be more accurate) menace to society from Ranthiel Volthor hasn't yet had said affair in Deastok. He's still learning how to play music and how to be an absent parent from Kent Plucker lol.
In 811 P.D Scanlan is 69 because of course he is. He's 70 by the end of The Campaign in 812 P.D. So in 795P.D he would have been 53ish. 811-795=16
69-16=53 So BARE MINIMUM Scanlan is younger than 53 in this one shot lol. I definitely think he's a lot younger than that. He seems like he's just starting out after his mother's death. (Is his mom even dead yet? Is he still making money to help support her at this point?!) He feels like he's in his mid to late 20's or early 30's (Adjusting the number up a bit for gnome age wibbly wobblyness). Which would put this one shot somewhere very roughly between 767 P.D -772 P.D plus or minus a few years.
