I was sitting here thinking of a way to talk about how everything makes me feel bad and feel bad about myself and feel gross, even people who love me, I can't look at stuff, my dash is kind of a minefield for unexpected resentments and insecurities and hating myself makes me cold and nothing makes me feel good and my response to all of this is "well lose weight" over and over again in my head
