There’s a tag on AO3 that discusses the rape and murder of freshly born babies. Literal infants. I get that AO3 is an archive or whatever, but they’re ship tagging and unlocking their posts. They WANT people to see this shit. If they want anyone to have a place to write on their platform, at the very least put rules in place so that people don’t find that shit ON GOOGLE.
How can someone write something like that and not feel in any way disgusted at themselves? That is pornographic literature depicting children, how can someone, as a writer, not understand that it is DISGUSTING to fantasize about that, especially publicly.
Literally, and I mean this seriously, there is a fic on AO3 wherein someone’s self insert Israeli soldier goes into a children’s hospital, rapes and kills every child inside, and then bombs the hospital. I know this because I was unfortunate enough to come across it on Bing when researching Israel’s strike on a hospital in Gaza last August.
These people, darkshippers and paraphiliacs who write about their fantasies and urges and post this writing publicly, have NO shame when it comes to the disgusting things they think about. A person without shame is a person without a conscience to stop them from doing this in real life.
