I was tying my hair up while looking at my suitcase and I felt something was off and I realized that a pair of shoes were missing. THEY FUCKING TOOK BACK THE PAIR OF SHOES THEY GAVE ME IN THE BEGINNING OF MY EXCHANGE. LITERALLY IN THE VERY BEGINNING!!!!!! Like omg they went into my suitcase and took the shoes back. That would be like me taking back all the gifts I gave them when I arrived! WTF

I'm switching host families on Sunday(finally!) and I just started to pack all my things but man I absolutely hate packing. I only put 4 pairs of jeans into my suitcase before I gave up and decided I put in enough effort today.

I'm leaving for the meeting.... please pray that I do not have to give a speech in Spanish in front of officials otherwise I'm gonna fucking embarrass myself and I will die.

It turns out my host family's cousin has lice and she stayed at the house for a solid 2 weeks and one of my host sisters shared a bed with her cousin and now she has lice including my other sister and her friend because last night they slept in the bed their cousin slept in. My host family is infested with lice and I'm the only one who isn't(thank God). I've never had lice and I don't want it. And what pisses me off, what really grinds my gears here in Argentina they don't make it a big deal. Parents don't care if their child has lice or not they say it's natural. It's normal, what's the harm? I just can't believe it. So I'm isolating myself in my bedroom praying that I won't catch lice because I don't have very good luck and I'm not taking any risks.
