A Tip Jar would've been perfect but a paywall "post plus" idea is downright idiotic and the people who forced this idea obviously does not work with Tumblr directly. It's people up top who do not interact with the site itself that are going to and currently killing it. This site may have been viable enough to generate revenue before in some way but the people who don't work directly with it are killing any chance of that.
