Finally got myself out for a nice 30 walk on my lunch break today! And it’s my favorite fall weather 🍂 🍁
I went to get the mail and decided it didn’t matter if I was in a dress I was taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
On the way back I made it back up to the 5th floor before I had to bail again to take the elevator up to the 8th. At least I am consistent.
Also, totally got busted trying to take a picture to go with this post. LoL
Got in a 1.5 mile walk at lunch today! 🙌🏼🏃🏽♀️
Beautiful day to go for a walk! I haven’t gotten that much exercise in the last few days so it was time to get moving. I’ve got about 6,500 steps so far today!
Spring has finally sprung (in Minnesota)! I’ve been so out of routine with exercise lately, but I started off the week right by getting in a 2 mile walk at lunch today! I feel good and burned off some of that work stress. Happy Monday!
I made myself go for a walk again today despite it being 33 degrees outside, because I caved and ate the stupid Friday muffin treats at work even though my original plan was not to. I was frustrated by my decision, but I wasn’t going to let it ruin my whole day. I can still make good decisions even though I had poor choices this morning. And I remembered my headband today so my ears didn’t freeze off!
I’ve gone on walks everyday this week during my lunch break, getting in about 2 miles each time! I’m really trying to soak it up since winter is just around the corner and I don’t think I’ll get out as often when it’s below zero.
I was up a couple pounds this morning, which I kind of expected, but I’m determined to get back on track today! I wasn’t going to go for a walk because my ankle has been hurting, but I figured walking isn’t too bad on it. So walking I went! I have to soak up this nice weather before it’s gone! My challenge today is that I have to go to my son’s class tonight and the parents have signed up to bring snacks each week. Well, you can probably guess, they’re usually not healthy...at all. It’s usually cookies, pastries, cake, etc. so I’m trying to come up with a game plan for that!
