Love seeing my move ring halfway done before I sit down for work!
To be honest, I woke up not really feeling it. I considered skipping, but tried to concentrate on how I was really feeling. My body wasn’t tired, it wasn’t that I felt like I couldn’t work out, I just didn’t wanna. Not for any particular reason, just didn’t wanna.
So I made myself get up, get my leggings and sports bra on, and hit it.
Did I put in 100% this morning? Honest? No. There was another exercise I couldn’t do, I lost count of my reps and am pretty sure I missed a full set. But I showed up. I did something. The alternative was what, to stay in bed and scroll through facebook or reddit?
I don’t have to go 100% all the time. I put in... 60% this morning. And you know what? That’s fine. If I put in 100%, or 90%, or 80% often enough, slower days is going to be fine.
I am SUPER proud of this picture. Look at this. Look at all these closed rings! Had some slow days last week, but so many of those damn rings are closed. I am super proud of myself for this month so far. Just gotta keep it up!
