Ahhhhh

Of course I have to get muscle problems in the middle of my 30 challenge! I really hope the pills, creams and stretches the doc gave and told me to do work because I miss exercising. I'm sure falling down the stairs (as short as they may be) didn't help me any. As soon as I feel it's ok it's on beastmode style. I will finish the 30 day challenge and then I will start the 21day bootcamp challenge. At least I feel happy that I shed 6lbs off of me. :)
